Summer is here again. Who's not excited to have a quick summer getaway?

December is the most common vacation for all of us and in time for gift giving and Pre Christmas Celebration. My college buddies have this so called annual get together outing. We planned to visit the one of the famous virgin island in South - CALAGUAS. Unfortunately, our trip was cancelled because of the bad weather. Good thing, we have Plan B.

Our Plan B is to go to a nearby beach. We hit the road for a roadtrip going to White Pebble Beach which is located in Minalabac, Camarines Sur.

Every job brings a different levels of stress. Sometimes it motivates you, but a lot can lead unhealthy life. Spending too much time at work, we most likely experience lot of stress there, too. Together with my college buddies, we decided to have a weekend treat. A place that caters stress free environment. We searched for a location just near the city. A spa treat was our best choice. And, one of us suggested to try the spa in Antipolo. She told us how nice her experience there. And there, we agreed to go!

Last December, we decided to change the engine of our car (BTW, we named our car Arrietty). So, he planned to have it break-in going to Tagaytay. We grabbed the opportunity to enjoy the cool and fresh air outside the Metro.

It has been my frustration to try baking but I don’t know how to bake plus I don’t have an oven. I usually browse for cakes and other pastry recipes online especially on Pinterest. It caught my attention, when I have read the recipe about no bake cheesecakes. I'm really a fan of cheesecakes especially blueberry cheesecake. It took me months to have courage to try and explore baking but duh it's no bake cheesecake anyway. No bake is perfect for aspiring bakers who doesn’t have an oven. Of course, I tried blueberry cheesecake. This is the helpful recipe that I got online:
