Seoul, South Korea Travel Series: Part 2
Saturday, March 21, 2020Day 4: Seoul Invasion
YONGDAP
As we continue our Seoul Korea Invasion, we started our fourth day strolling around Yongdap and visiting another Goblin shooting location. And then, we just enjoyed the scenic view around.
CHEONGGYECHEON
We continued the day strolling along the 11 kilometers Cheonggyecheon stream that runs through downtown Seoul. The water is so clear that it's so easy to spot lots of shoal of fishes along the stream.
DONGDAEMUN DESIGN PLAZA
We headed next to Dongdaemun for some street foods and of course to see this majestic piece of architecture designed by Zaha Hadid, a world-renowned architect.Another attraction here at night is the LED rose garden featuring thousands of illuminating white roses.
What made this experience more fun is that we didn't spend a single penny to see all of these as they are for free admission.
IHWA MURAL VILLAGE
If you've watched the K-Drama "Doctors", you can find one of its shooting location here at Ihwa Mural Village. The ascend to the top though would need some calorie-burning hike as it will take a few to hundreds of stairs to reach this place.GWANGJANG MARKET
We dropped by the Gwangjang Market for some souvenirs and check a few more of the local Korean cuisines.MYEONGDONG
To cap the day, we had our second trip to Myeongdong to see the night life and have another round of our street food adventure.Watch the video below for more snippets of our Day 4 in Seoul, South Korea.
