The word "ombre" in French means "shadow or shade".
Ombre hair refers to hair color fading from dark to light, or vice versa. Instead of the color starting from the roots, it gradually becomes lighter, or darker, towards the ends.
There are two options for you to consider for ombre whether you should use bleach or a milder color. Hair bleach is much effective lightener and can be used on healthy hair that has not been recently colored, but it does dry hair out. If you have dry, brittle hair or damaged hair I suggest you choose milder blonde dye that does not use a harsh bleaching product. The effect may not be as effective, but it will be better for your hair in the long run.
Last year, Karylle and I tried the milder blonde dye because we are so afraid that out hair would dry out. My ombre is not so visible after the treatment. Here’s my photo after dying my hair:

Here's my very late post about my surprise birthday treat for my Dada:

I decorated our room with balloons attached to our ceiling. In addition to that, I tied letters in each balloon. The letters are from his friends and relatives.
I thanked all the people who gave letters and also Bading(my besty) who helped me to set up our room.

As promised, here's my precious treasures from my birthday last May.
Sorry for this very late post. I was so busy with my office works.

I received 8 awesome gifts. Thanks for remembering my special day.
Most of the gifts were not actually a gift or I rather call it "GIFT FOR MYSELF".

When I was still a kid, one of my dream is to enter the gate of Enchanted Kingdom(EK). When EK started its operation last 1995, we are still living in Sta. Rosa, Laguna but I never had a chance to try their rides. My mother used to tell me, "Wala tayo pera". I only enjoyed the colorful lights of EK from afar when we travel going to Manila. From there, I promised myself that I will be back in Laguna and visit EK.
So this year, I decided to celebrate my 25th bday at Enchanted Kingdom together with my brother, sister-in-law, college besties, and of course my Dada. Here are some of our photos:
